Spring weather check up

Well we had a very nice weather today around 75-80 all day so i did my Spring Check up on my 1010,

Radiator Fluid – Full to bottom of neck tube
Engine Oil – Full
Transmission / Differential Fluid – Little low
Left Side Final Drive – Full
Right Side Final Drive – Full
Hydraulic Housing - Full
Left Front Tire (30PSI) – Full
Right Front Tire (30PSI) – Full
Left Rear Tire (14PSI) – Full
Right Rear Tire (14PSI) – Full
Engine Oil PSI at Idle - around 40psi


Dura last Battery
875 Cranking Amps
700 Cold Cranking Amps
Delco Remedy Alternator
12 Volts, 42 Amps


Engine Off: Battery has 12.88 Volts
Engine idling at 600 RPM with Generator light on: battery has 12.09 Volts
Engine Running at 1,200 RPM with Generator light OFF: Battery has 13.70 Volts

I then Test drove the tractor for about an hour, No problems

So what do you guys do for your Spring Check

What do you mean "Spring Check"? With all of our piecing together every start-up is a "Spring Check".

Looking forward to doing a little tinkering over Spring Break. Been way too busy at school.

Yeah that is so true, in our area we have had some rainy days over the last few weeks.

What is this...rain...you speak of? I have only heard of it in lore. Some say it is the tears of the god of sadness. Other say it is Ursa Major drooling. Please enlighten me.

Seriously we are dry, dry, dry around here. We are hoping to get set up for a wetter spring but it will take a couple of good years to break the dought.
