OK on the MS tsx-860 carb main lower body, there are two holes that I am trying to clean. The larger of the two jet hole is clogged, my question is does this hole run straight down? Where I can drill it out?

I would be very hesitant to drill anything on a carb. Use air, carb cleaner, Blaster, brass brushes, etc. Drill out the wrong thing or size and you mess up a carb ($250.00).

Try here Marvel-Schebler Service Manual.

Yea it is a shame but, the carb is toast, the rust seized the inlet completely, I took it to the shop and they tried everything to get it to break free. I guess 4 years of ethanol gas and water will do that. But, got a new "used" one, already rebuilt for $100 bucks, and with the help of your wiring diagram got the 1010 running again last night!

That is good news. I was giddy when ours fired up the first time. Made all the head scratching and wadded up diagrams worth it. Glad you found a "new" carb and saved a few dollars too.
