clutch troubles

i have a 1964 1010 row crop i store it inside when not in use parked it in the shed awile ago working fine the next time i tried to use it the clutch would not in gauge i replaced the pressure plate,clutch and bearings and it still wont in gauge seems like theres no tension on the clutch peddle as well tried adjusting that with no luck anyone have any idea or help thanks
