Hi all!

After doing lots of research, and thanks to this forum, I recently purchased a 1962 1010RU Gas Serial Number #20816. It has a loader, dual 540/1000 PTO. We're putting it to use on our 15 acre beef farm, and I'm planning to restore it.

However, a large problem occurred when we tried to lift our 5 foot brush hog on the 3 point hitch. It will not lift it!! The previous owners mowed with it, so I don't know why it's giving me problems...
The hitch will not lift any load, without a load it lifts very slowly. The loader still works great, and I have reason to believe the amount of hydraulic fluid is good.

After doing some reading, I read that some culprits could include a clogged hydraulic filter, or issues with the pressure relief valve. I have no clue where either of these are. HELP!!!! Snows coming soon and I have a large pasture that needs mowed down!!
