Ok, back the squealing belt, i tried loosening, tightening, not helping, so i want to replace how do you get the belt over the fan blade

I’m not 100% sure but I took a quick look at mine and I think there may be enough room to slide the belt over each fan blade one at a time,
Check to see how much clearance you have between the fan blade and the fan shroud.

If you don’t have much room I would call and double check with your local John Deere repair shop before you cut off your old belt.
