How do i figure out the year of the 1010 from serial #?

Year built / Serial Numbers
1960: 10001
1961: 13692
1962: 23630
1963: 32188
1964: 43900 (Mine is 45960 so its a 1964)
1965: 53722
Final: 57312

If if falls after a number listed above then it is that year, for ex: My 1010 Number is 45960 so mine is a 1964.
