What needs to be done to stop the hydraulic leaks under the seat, and all other leaks throughout my JD 1010 RUS.

Other than the obvious tightening ends and replacing cracked hoses... we have found the "Lucas Hydraulic Oil Booster & Stop Leak" to be effective. It also has stopped some of the chattering of the hydraulics. Available at auto parts stores.
